This past weekend, Brethren from across Ohio gathered at the historic Canton Masonic Temple for an unforgettable Masonic Weekend. From September 12–14, the Grand Lodge of Ohio, together with the Scottish Rite Valleys of Ohio, hosted a powerful three-day experience that united Master Masons, 32° Scottish Rite Brothers, candidates, and mentors in a spirit of fellowship and growth.
The weekend was filled with meaningful moments. All three Blue Lodge degrees were conferred, nine Scottish Rite degrees were presented, and new candidates were welcomed and recognized as they began their Masonic journey. In total, 106 new Master Masons were raised, 125 new Scottish Rite Masons were welcomed into our fraternity, and an impressive 533 Brethren were in attendance.

Beyond the degree work, Brothers shared in fellowship, mentorship, and education. This strengthened not only their personal Masonic journeys but also the bonds of Brotherhood that unite us all.
From the warm Welcome Reception on Friday evening to the final gatherings on Sunday, every part of the weekend reflected the values of Freemasonry: light, learning, and fraternity. Brethren left Canton inspired and renewed in their dedication to the Craft, carrying forward the spirit of Brotherhood into their lodges and communities across Ohio. Ohio’s Masonic Weekend 2025 was more than an event. It was a reminder of the continued power of Masonic fellowship.
