To verify a member’s current status, call 614-412-5366. When prompted, enter the number on the front of the Ohio membership card followed by the pound (#) sign. This is an automated call, available 24 hours / 7 days. The computer response will say good standing, not in good standing, or deceased.

Example: Dial the number, follow the directions you hear: enter the number located on the front of the card below the barcode. Do not enter any leading letters or zeros and end with the # sign. The number M0999999 from the card would be entered as 999999#. The response will be immediate.
