The Grand Lodge of Ohio is pleased to announce that we have brought the collections at the Grand Lodge Museum in Springfield online. By doing so, we can expand the reach of the museum and allow masons, families and researchers the opportunity to view and research the items remotely.

While this doesn’t take away from an actual visit to the museum, it’s a great starting place for a curious mind. This access is free of charge and welcomes you to a glimpse of the history of Freemasonry in Ohio.

We hope that you take the time to explore the great treasures and collections we have and we look forward to seeing you in person and online very soon.

How Can I Visit the Ohio Freemasonry Museum?

The museum is open by appointment only. To schedule your visit, simply contact the Grand Lodge office, and they will help you arrange a date and time.

How Can I Donate to the Ohio Freemasonry Museum?

You can support the Ohio Freemasonry Museum in two ways: by donating historic items or by making a financial gift.

The Museum accepts artifacts of Masonic or historic interest, depending on collection needs and with approval from the Grand Secretary. To discuss a potential item, donors should contact the Grand Lodge. All object donations must be absolute gifts and are not tax deductible.

Financial gifts may be made through the Grand Lodge Charitable Foundation to support the Museum and Library fund. These contributions help preserve and exhibit the collection and may be tax-deductible depending on your situation.

For guidance on either option, please contact the Grand Lodge Office.
